Uniform Guide
At Emerald Dance Academy we require all students to wear the correct uniform.
Prep & Primary Ballet
Girls - Purple skirted Leotard, Ballet Socks/Ballet Tights, and Ballet Shoes
Boys - White T-shirt, Black shorts, white ballet socks and black ballet shoes
Grade 1-5 Ballet
Girls - Purple Leotard with ballet tights and ballet shoes
Boys - White T-shirt, Black shorts, white ballet socks and black ballet shoes
Lyrical/Contemporary
Girls - Black skirted leotard, black footless tights and bare feet or foot thongs
Boys - White T-shirt, Black shorts and bare feet or foot thongs
Bollywood / Street Dance / Musical Theatre/Ballroom & Latin
Purple or Black Emerald Dance Academy T-shirt, leggings/joggers/shorts or Emerald Leggings/Joggers and Trainers (no jeans or restrictive trousers to be worn)
Musical Theatre - Jazz shoes. Ballroom & Latin - Ballroom shoes
Our Sweaters & Hoodies can also be worn in classes for warming up.
All students must wear their hair tied back off the face during dance classes.
Children attending Ballet are to wear their hair in a classical ballet bun.
There will be two bulk orders made each year.
